Developing new business areas

Our holding company has been working on developing different new areas. We call them projects. The purpose is to develop new and improved products. One of such projects we are working on is the construction of a plant producing a very high-quality profiles etc made of aluminum alloys. The projects is of three phases and the first phase is to built and put into operation a new plant which consists of several production lines. During the following phases the other lines will be added and new products will be introduced. This is a co-investment project being developed jointly with other investors. The lines which have already built up and are now fully working are the following: aluminum extrusion lines, a casting production line, a spray production line, door and window production line. The first products such as aluminum profiles have been introduced to the market and are now taking its position within it.

This has become possible thanks to the form of our company which is a holding. It is known that a holding company is a large corporation that regulates the activities of several independent companies. The purpose of the holding is to increase the economic efficiency of the combined enterprises' commercial activities. Thus, the holding company offers a comprehensive solution to many issues.
