Eurexport Inc, the consulting and advisory firm, is the U.S. member firm of Eurexport Holding. Eurexport, Inc offers expertise and first hand knowledge of the situation of the CIS region. 75 percent of our employees are the CIS background graduates of the western universities. We assist in finding partners and conduct analyses of the situation in the CIS region or in certain industries of the region/country as well as provide consultancy to any prospective investor in the region about potential risks and opportunities the investor may face there. Other services we provide are assistance with arranging meetings, organizing events; logistics; mergers & acquisitions; etc. Key services: country risk assessment based on academic expertise and firsthand knowledge of the situation of the CIS region; tailored consulting reports and scenario analysis; development of the performance strategy; assistance in finding partners in the region.

We believe that business has an economic mission, but also a social responsibility. To this end, we do the following:

Chicago, USA: Mr. Azad Sharapov, a chairman of the EH, is a member of Chicago based Central Asian Productivity Research Center (CAPRC). CAPRC is an international project with focus on assisting with economic development programs within the Central Asian and Caucasus region. Its Chairman is Mr. Harry Lepinske, there are twelve members of Advisory board, and there are regional coordinators.

Each spring the Central Asian Productivity Research Center organizes annual Silk Road conferences. The EH has been supporting it since 2011. This event is also supported by Illinois Science and Technology Park; International Trade Association of Greater Chicago and other agencies and companies. The Annual Silk Road Conference is interesting and attractive as a venue where business people from the USA and greater Central Asian region gather together to discuss new business

opportunities. The other advantage of the Conference is that the diplomats from the countries inform the participants about any changes or updates regarding rules and regulations in their countries so business people can increase and update their knowledge on this issue.

In 2016, Mr. Azad Sharapov, the EH Chairman was awarded with a certificate of appreciation for five years of continuing support of the Annual Silk Road conferences.

Tashkent, Uzbekistan: On February, 2017 in Tashkent it was held the US-Uzbekistan Annual Business Forum. The EH delegation took part in it with other American companies.

Almaty, Kazakhstan: On 9-10 March, 2017, in Almaty it was held the Central Asian Housing Pro-proposal Conference which was organized by the US Department of State. It is for the U.S. Department of State request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing Development and Lease, Solicitation Number SAQMMA17R0196_Repost. The EH delegation participates in this process.

New York, USA: On September 20, 2017, in New York City, New York the EH took part in the US-Uzbekistan business forum: partnership destined for commercial success and longevity. The forum was held during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.E.Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the USA. US $ 2 billion worth of exports deals have been signed at the forum.
