A pilot project of a small business park
Business parks have not very long but quite successful history. Although the first business park was established only in the 1950s, business parks are becoming more and more popular around the world. See the picture on the left taken from NovaLoca website: https://www.novaloca.com/industrial-unit/to-let/woking/albert-drive/161062) showing a modern industrial unit located in that business park.
The reason behind business parks' popularity is the convenience that they offer to clients: they tend to offer excellent transport links, an affordable office space location and parking facilities as well as enabling business owners and staff members to interact and collaborate. According to R.L.Weddle, there are many advantages especially for tech companies but also for others: “from collaboration opportunities and an elevated brand presence, the right location could mean long-term success for your company, particularly if it is within the technology industry”.
Nowadays business parks are characterized by low-rise structures spread over hectares of land. Especially there are lots of business parks of different kind in the UAE.
Since our company has offices all over the world we have the advantage of studying the experience of different countries and the application of the most interesting cases in the countries we operate. This is the case of a business park experience which best practices we are trying to incorporate in Tashkent.
In this city we launched a pilot project of a small business park offering a cost effective and efficient business environment and covering all the business needs of our client from a single desk to a new office.
See the pictures above, on the right and below which were taken in our developing business park that show that the park provides all necessary and has a developed infrastructure. Also, it has a good location. For anyone it is important that the park is located close
to the main transport routes which connect the city and the region because of convenience in terms of logistics for management, as well as for employees, as there is a variety of public transport for employees to get to work.
