Gradually turning into a business complex

It is known that office buildings, along with residential complexes, public facilities and other buildings make up the urban environment. At the same time, it is important for office premises to be both beautiful and comfortable, because any person spends a third of this person’s life at work, which means that working conditions and premises affect the quality and standard of life of each person.

According to the research conducted, there is a tendency to turn business centers into business complexes consisting of a business center offering offices for companies and hotels offering places for tourists. We predict that this trend will continue to strengthen. Since our goal is to offer the best possible services, we are taking steps in this direction so that our business center will gradually turn into a business complex providing a wide range of services from office space to hotel services.

We already have a business center. The interior design is based on our strict adherence to business style with the addition of classic elements. Since we always try to find a balance, we have done everything possible to harmoniously fit historical elements into modern buildings and the environment. Our building is a bright representative of Soviet modernism. This direction of Soviet architecture was characterized by a simple, economical, clear architecture. Therefore, we decided to keep the facade of our business center building as it is. As a result, the building of our business center is cozy and beautiful inside, equipped with modern equipment and engineering communications, while the facade of the building has preserved its historical appearance.

We are currently completing the second stage of our strategy to turn the business center into a business complex. The second stage is the construction of a hotel. The design that was chosen for the hotel is always an up-to-date classic. The prerequisite for the design was, on the one hand, the creation of an iconic combination of Soviet modernism with classics, but, on the other hand, also the creation of modularity and flexibility, accessibility and sustainability.

The construction of the main building of the business complex will be the completion of the third phase of the business site. The main building of the business complex is designed as an extension of the existing business site. Our business center is located not only in the central part of the city but also in the green part of the city. Our business center is surrounded by a green strip; we will preserve and expand it. The project that we are working bow on, according to our idea, should combine history and modernity and bring elements of originality that reflect the name of our business center.
