Construction work is hard but good

We built the Tashkent circus in 1976, and in 1999 we renovated it. And there are so many other buildings that we built and these buildings now constitute a historical-cultural picture of the city! Our buildings have been proving their high taste, quality and, yes, beauty.

Our construction companies have a long standing (since 1960s) good reputation as construction companies. And nowadays they keep up their good work. This is why three of them - Samarqand Po’latmontaj, Po’latmontaj and Xorazmpo’latmontaj - are on state list (registry) of construction companies qualified and allowed to take state construction bids: Samarqand Po’latmontaj (# 1384 on the state registry of construction companies: information available at http://ru.davarx.uz/); Xorazmpo’latmontaj (# 2337 on the state registry: information available at http://ru.davarx.uz/) and Po’latmonaj (# 2127 on the state registry: information available at http://ru.davarx.uz/).

Why are we glad that our companies on the state list (registry) of construction companies in Uzbekistan? Because that means that they have been tested and passed strict criteria of relevant state agencies and are able to do construction work at the proper level in the country. As the state registry of construction companies was created in accordance with the Decree # 97 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. One of the goals pursued by establishment of the registry is to make the construction companies comply with the construction standards, sanitary standards and rules, terms and quality of executed construction and installation works in accordance with project documentation and the concluded contract. To get into the registry the organization must meet the requirements, including having a production base, machines and mechanisms, means of mechanization, having an appropriate indicator (ratio) of sufficiency of own working capital, and having an adequate solvency ratio.
